Service Requests

When you submit a service request through our website:

  • Submission does not guarantee service availability at your preferred time
  • We will contact you to confirm appointment details
  • Service scheduling is subject to technician availability
  • Emergency services may be subject to additional fees

Estimates and Pricing

Regarding our estimates and pricing:

  • Diagnostic fees may apply before service estimates are provided
  • Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
  • Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during service
  • We will obtain approval before performing work beyond the original estimate
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

Scheduling and Cancellations

Our scheduling policies:

  • Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
  • Repeated no-shows may result in service restrictions
  • We provide arrival windows and will call when en route
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

Liability Limitations

Morris Refrigeration & HVAC LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions in your HVAC system not disclosed to us
  • Damage caused by improper use or maintenance after service
  • Consequential damages including lost business or spoiled goods
  • Issues arising from customer-supplied parts
  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

Payment Terms

Payment for services:

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Large projects may require deposits or progress payments
  • Past due accounts may be subject to collection fees
  • Returned checks are subject to additional fees

Warranty Disclaimers

Regarding warranties:

  • Our workmanship warranty covers labor for 90 days after service
  • Parts warranties are provided by the manufacturer
  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase and service records
  • Warranties do not cover damage from misuse or neglect
  • Maintenance requirements must be followed to maintain warranty coverage
