At Morris Refrigeration & HVAC LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind our work with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all service calls and repairs.

30-Day Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if, within 30 days of service:

  • The same issue recurs that we were hired to fix
  • Our workmanship is determined to be defective
  • We are unable to complete the agreed-upon repair
  • You are unsatisfied with our service quality

Workmanship Issues

If you experience issues related to our workmanship:

  • Contact us immediately to report the problem
  • We will schedule a return visit at no additional charge
  • Our technician will assess and correct the issue
  • If we cannot resolve the issue, we will discuss refund options

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Diagnostic fees for assessments where no repair was performed
  • Issues caused by customer actions after service
  • Pre-existing conditions not related to our service
  • Normal wear and tear on parts
  • Services requested after the 30-day period
  • Parts ordered or installed at customer's specific request
  • Emergency or after-hours service fees

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact Us: Call (410) 725-0375 or email office@morrishvac.org within 30 days of service
  2. Describe the Issue: Explain what went wrong and why you're requesting a refund
  3. Schedule Assessment: We may need to inspect the work before processing the refund
  4. Resolution: We'll either fix the issue or process your refund

Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Check refunds: 7-14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible
